Information on the charges for postage and packing
I aim to post all orders within 5 working days once full payment has been received and cleared, and an estimate of the posting time will be included in your confirmation email. Where jewellery is made to order, it may take a little longer to post the items - if I am unable to post your item within 7 working days (for example at holiday time), an email will be sent to let you know.
The P&P charges are on a sliding scale, according to the value of the purchase:
- Orders under £10 are sent by First Class post with in the UK or by Airmail for a standard charge of £1.50.
- Orders above £10 but below £35 will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery or Airmail for a standard charge of £2.50.
- Orders above £35 and up to £75 will be sent by Special Delivery (next-day) or by International Signed-for post for a standard charge of £5.00.
- Orders over £75 will be sent free of charge by Special Delivery or International Signed-for services.
An email will be sent to inform you when your order has been posted, together with any tracking reference for the package.
All jewellery items include gift wrapping, in either a gift box or a purple organza pouch, and sent in a padded envelope.
