Information on the returns policy

I want my customers to be totally happy with the jewellery they have purchased and operate a simple No-Quibble money back guarantee.

If any item arrives damaged or you find it faulty, you may return this to me within 7 days (14 outside the UK) for a full refund, including reimbursement for the additional postage costs for the return. For damaged or faulty items, please let me know within 3 working days of receipt that you will be returning the jewellery.

If the item is not quite what you wanted then just notify us by e-mail and post back to us within 7 days of receipt (14 outside the UK) stating the reason for return. The item should be returned unworn in its original packaging. 

All returns should be sent by trackable means appropriate to the cost of the item or have some proof of posting as I cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.   The cost of returning the item is not refundable unless the item(s) are damaged or faulty.
Once the item is received, a refund of the item cost will be made using the same method as for payment.  The refund of postage costs in these cases is at my discretion, and will not normally be made unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Please note that I will accept the return of earrings, but a fee of £1.50 will be deducted from the amount refunded to cover the cost of replacing the earwires, which is done for health and hygiene reasons.  No fee is charged where the earrings are returned because they were delivered damaged or faulty.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
