I aim to post all orders within 3 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. Where jewellery is made to order, it may take a little longer to post the items - if I am unable to post your item within 7 working days (for example at holiday time), an email will be sent to let you know.

Prices include delivery within the UK.  For delivery outside the UK the handling and postage charges are flat-rate according to location:

• Outside the UK, but within Europe, there is a handling charge of £1.00, regardless of the value of the order.  

• Outside Europe, the flat-rate handling charge is £3.  

An email will be sent to inform you when your order has been posted, together with any tracking reference for the package.

 All jewellery items include gift wrapping, wrapped within tissue in either a gift box or an organza pouch, together with a card detailing materials, and sent in a padded envelope.
