The information you provide about yourself, or someone else, when placing an order will only be used to complete that order. No information will be shared with any third party.

If your payment is made online by Paypal, I will not have access to your credit/debit card details as all details are handled by PayPal secure server technology. Information passed by PayPal will include that sufficient to fulfill your order ~ name, address, email address, order details and any special instructions.

For payments made by credit or debit card via telephone, I will need to contact you with details of your name and address, credit or debit card number and 3-digit security number to process a "customer not present" payment. Your credit card details will not be written down but processed as they are given to me on the telephone. A copy of the credit card payment slip will be included with your sales receipt - this will not include the your full credit card number or details for security purposes.
