Making a purchase is easy - just browse our catalogue, putting any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order, your cart will by processed by Paypal.
Payments are accepted via credit and debit cards, personal cheque and postal order. For payments via credit and debit cards, these are made via PayPal and use their secure server technology - an account with them is not required in order to make a payment. Alternatively for UK buyers, you may submit your order by email and follow this with a personal cheque or postal order - your cheque or postal order should be received within 7 days of the order date.
An email confirmation of your payment will be sent to you immediately by Paypal. I will also send an email to confirm your order details. If your order cannot be met, you will be notified and offered the choice of putting the item on back-order for despatch as soon as it comes into stock; a refund for the item; or the chance to choose an alternative item(s) instead.
Payment
The easiest way to pay for your order is to use the Paypal checkout facility, for payment using your debit or credit card ~ you do not need to hold an account with Paypal to make the payment. For buyers within the UK, I am also available to process credit and debit cards over the telephone and also accept payment by personal cheque or postal order. If you would prefer not make your payment online, please email your order to me with contact details and I will send an email with payment details that can be used instead.
Payments via personal cheque and postal order should reach me within 7 days of placing your order. I will confirm receipt of your payment and post your order once payment has cleared the bank.
